Whilst studying for her degree in law, Krissy trained at the gym and quickly realised how training kept her focused, motivated and strengthened her body and mind.

Her new found passion led her to start her Instagram page, with the aim of keeping herself accountable and to help motivate and inspire like minded women to improve their fitness, health and lifestyle. Little did she know that this would grow into a strong community of over 2 million people!
